It’s a shame some people hit post just after step three. It doesn’t really help anyone.

Ok, so this blog post has an awful heading, and the first few paragraphs are pretty much unnecessary. But, the points made on how modern churches can and should nurture a culture in which failure is ok, and people are held accountable, are worth looking at. They may appear pretty obvious, but unfortunately I suspect few churches have such a culture.
